Clent

Clent spent over ten years working directly with business owners before starting AI Engine Lab. After leaving an account executive role at LexisNexis Canada, he built a career as a freelance professional wearing every hat a growing business needed: project manager, virtual assistant, business development lead, revenue operations. That range is not a resume quirk. It is exactly why he built this company the way he did. Clent leads sales and business strategy for the team, and he is usually the first person you talk to.

Senior IT Support

Ramil

Fourteen years in BPO and IT, most recently as a Desktop Support Lead at CGI, where Ramil did far more than fix machines. He managed scheduling, ticket reporting, onboarding, and service delivery across multiple functional areas, ensuring every ticket closed inside its SLA and every new hire had what they needed on day one. He has led workforce planning, run a service desk, and kept second line support running for a full enterprise team. When something breaks, Ramil has usually already seen it before. Outside of work, he is a dad of two and enjoys unwinding with online games.

Jayson

Ten years in data and administrative operations, most recently as a KYC Consultant and Implementation Analyst at ADP Philippines. Jayson built automation that turned a half day of manual reporting into minutes, converted hundreds of pages of payroll documents into clean structured data, and created tracking tools that became standard workflow across entire teams. His work is not about dashboards for their own sake. It is about making sure the numbers are right and the person who needs them gets them without asking twice. He is a dad who loves to travel whenever work allows.

John leads the team’s accounting and operations work, drawing on experience managing teams as large as fifty people. He is the person who turns a messy books situation into a clean, repeatable process, and the one clients lean on when accounting and operations need to work as one system instead of two.
