Challenge
A client needed to move their entire payroll system off Paycom and onto UKG. Payroll is one of the few systems in a business with zero room for error. A missed step in migration risks late paychecks, incorrect deductions, or compliance issues, and the transition had to happen without interrupting a live, ongoing payroll cycle.
Approach
We managed the full migration from start to finish: data transfer, system configuration, and process handoff between platforms. Every step was sequenced around the client’s live payroll schedule, so the transition happened in the background instead of in the middle of a pay run.

The client moved from Paycom to UKG with no disruption to payroll processing. No missed cycles, no scrambling to fix errors after the fact. Just a completed migration and a payroll system running on its new platform without anyone outside the project noticing the switch happened.
