Candidates Ranked Before the Recruiter Even Opens the Job Order
Challenge
A recruiting team was losing hours every week to a problem hiding in plain sight. Every new job order meant a recruiter manually digging through the CRM, comparing resumes, and guessing at who was actually worth calling first. The best candidates were in the system the whole time. Nobody had time to find them fast enough.
Approach
We built an automation that runs the moment a new job order comes in. It pulls directly from the CRM database, filters candidates against the role requirements, and ranks the strongest matches automatically. No recruiter has to start from a blank search. They start from a shortlist.
Results
Recruiters now open a ranked list instead of a pile. The time that used to go into manual searching goes into what actually fills roles: calls, relationships, and follow up. The system runs quietly in the background every time a new order comes in, so the shortlist is always waiting before anyone asks for it.
